Personalised gifts tailored specifically for your loved ones express a heartfelt affection! Each of our custom creations are handcrafted with love and made to last. Here is a detailed guide on our character customisations with instructions and pricing.

Preorder Time
Characters listed on our website are available for immediate or same week collection. Whereas all other special characters or out of stock customisations (not listed via our website) has a lead time of 3-4 weeks in advance. Kindly place your orders early if you wish to receive them before a preferred date. 


Character Sizes
We offer two different sizes for character customisations: 
Size XS (Approx 3-5cm height) 
Size S (Approx 6-10cm height)

   



Character Style & Pricing

Below are just some examples of the different types of character styles we offer. Kindly reach out to us about your character references if you are unsure about the style category or pricing details. 


1) Simple Characters/Ready Patterns
(e.g. Sheep, Pig, Rabbit, Bear, Cheeky Jolly, Bee) - $14.90




2) Complex Characters/Preorder Patterns (Refer below)
XS Character (with head only) - Starting from $25.9
XS Character (with body) - Starting from $29.9
S Character (with head only) - Starting from $35.90
S Character (with body) - Starting from $39.90
*Do note that these are estimated prices, and would vary based on the complexity of the character design. Kindly reach out to us for an exact quote if you are looking to customise a special character :) 



*Our custom characters can be made into keychains (+$2) or as add-ons with our existing/customised floral bouquets/garden pots. For character add ons to bouquets, the base price per size (as shown above) would be added on top of the arrangement cost. How to order

Step 1: Design Reference
Reach out to us either via Instagram or through Whatsapp at +65 88825480 with the specific customisation you have in mind, the size and the base proportions (i.e. with head/full body) or any other special request. 

Step 2: Test Arrangement (applicable only for character add ons with floral bouquets)
For customers that would like to see how the arrangements look before confirming their orders, we are able to do a test arrangement. The process will be as follows below:

1st test variation: FREE for 1 set of single/minimal adjustment (colour/floral changes/add ons)

Subsequent variations: +$8 for 3 sets of arrangement (mixture of both colour & floral changes)

Step 3: Confirmation & Payment (Paynow)
Once customisation has been confirmed, we will proceed with payment. Payment will be made through pay now, and further details will be sent via messaging channels. Once payment has been made, we will start to work on your order. Kindly note that there will be no refunds made once the order has been confirmed.
