1) Can I customise an order for flower bouquets?

2) Can I personalise a message for my order?
Yes you may. If you are placing an order via our website, you may find the gift message box under each section. Alternatively, you may also contact us directly via email at @jollyypallyy.gmail.com or send us a message at +65 88825480.
3) Do I have to preorder in advance for the gift sets?
For our illustration gift bundles and matching gift sets, please kindly preorder with us at least 10 to 14 days in advance. For urgent orders, we do provide express delivery at an extra cost. Do contact us via email at @jollyypallyy.gmail.com or send us a message at +65 88825480 for more enquiries.
4) Do you do more than 2 pax portraits for the illustration gift sets?
We allow a maximum of 2 people per photo for our illustration gift sets. Any additional pax would be chargeable at $8.00 per person. For other special portrait requests, do contact us directly for enquiries.
5) Can I request for same day delivery/Self Collection?
For immediate and same day orders, please contact us directly at +65 88825480 to enquire.
6) I made a mistake during my order, can i change it?
Yes you may. We do require our customers to notify us at least 48 hours prior should they wish to change or cancel their orders. Please contact us immediately at +65 88825480.
7) Do you do international delivery?
No. As of now, our products are only available for delivery in Singapore. But in the near future, we are looking to expand towards international delivery. You may follow us on our IG at @jollypally.sg for future updates!
8) Do you offer free delivery?
Customers who spend $120 and above are entitled to free delivery!
