Please kindly follow these steps to order our illustration set:
Step 1: Choose your Illustration Gift Set
Select from our wide variety of illustration gift sets - we currently offer customised photo frames, tote bags and matching iphone cases.
Step 2: Choose an appropriate photo
For your photo choice, kindly upload a clear/high resolution picture, nothing in the foreground to block the main characters. Clothing pattern will be simplified. Background illustration is available for Korean Smiley & Cheeky style only, with an additional surcharge of $5 (Simple), $9 (Complex).
Step 3: Follow more Digital Copy
After placing your order, we'll get started on your illustration within 36 hours. You'll also receive a digital version of your illustration in square and wallpaper size for free if you either:
- follow our IG - jollypally.sg
- upload a photo review on our website
- simply share our product on IGS and tag us ♡

*We allow a maximum of 2 people per illustration photo (other than Mother's Day bundle, it will be 3 people limited time offer). If you would like to have more, we offer an extra surcharge of $8 per additional pax. For any orders above 5 additional pax, please contact us directly for enquiries.
From time to time, we may feature our customers' illustration pieces on our Instagram or other social media platforms to showcase and promote our products. However, we understand the importance of respecting our customers' intellectual property and privacy. Therefore, we will always obtain your permission before featuring your pictures online and will credit you appropriately.
