What delivery options do you offer and how much do you charge?

1) Standard Doorstep Delivery - $15.90
2) Specific Timing Doorstep Delivery - $20
3) Express Same Day Delivery - $20
*The options above are applicable only for ALL PRODUCTS with a minimum order of $35
4) FREE DELIVERY for orders above $120
*Please note that this offer does not apply to rush orders and is valid for delivery to a single location only

5) Normal Mail - $2.90+ (3+ working days)
*Applicable only for NON-BOUQUET items and products without packaging

NOTE: 
- For special occasions like Valentine's Day/Mother's Day/Christmas, there will be surcharge of delivery ($20) for 3 days before the actual day.
- For deliveries to multiple addresses, each location will require a separate delivery charge

Where do you deliver to?

We offer Islandwide Doorstep Delivery across Singapore, except for the following areas such as Jurong Islands, Tuas, Joo Koon, Pioneer, Military Camps, Pulau Ubin, Seletar, Sentosa, Changi, Woodlands North, East Coast

*the above regions are encouraged to arrange your own courier or self collection

When do you deliver and what are the timings available?

Our Doorstep Delivery services are available everyday, based on product availability.

Doorstep Deliveries Timings are as shown below:
Monday-Friday (11am-9pm)
Saturday-Sunday (11am-10pm)

*Please note that the above timings are an estimated range for delivery. 

*Do note that if there are any changes to your delivery information, please inform us 1 day in advance prior to the collection. Please note that for any incorrect addresses provided for delivery, we would charge an additional $12 surcharge for redelivery.
