Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with Jolly Pally on the website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Terms of Sales

  • By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein. Please note that all orders are contingent upon product availability. To place an order through Jolly Pally, you must have a valid credit or debit card from a bank that is acceptable to us.
  • Jolly Pally reserves the right to decline any request submitted by you. If your order is approved, we will notify you via email. When placing an order, please ensure that all information you provide is truthful, accurate, and that you are the authorized cardholder. Jolly Pally maintains the right to cancel any order previously placed without notice or explanation.
  • Please be advised that advertised prices are subject to modification.

Seasonal Availability of Flowers and Substitution

  • Our flower types and wrapping may be subjected to changes due to colour or stock availability.
  • Each item is handcrafted, resulting in a one-of-a-kind product. The final product may differ slightly in size (1-2cm) and color from the picture, but we will strive to maintain the high quality and standards of our brand. Please note that floral wrapping may also have minor defects upon receiving due to carrier and delivery.

Refunds & Cancellation

  • Almost all of our products are made to order, hence cancellation or refunds will only be allowed to products that fall under ‘Ready Stock’ category and made within the first 12 hours from the order date (i.e. for customers who accidentally misplaced an order) ALL Refunds are subjected to 10% surcharge of full payment. 
  • For all the products that are excluded from Ready Stock category- once orders are placed, they are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • For orders made through our website, refunds will be processed through our secure payment provider. Kindly note that refunds may take up to 15 working days to be credited into your personal bank account or credit card. Voucher codes cannot be refunded, redeemed or exchanged for cash. 
  • In the unfortunate event where your products are damaged or defected, please reach out to us with a photo of the item and we will make necessary arrangements as soon as possible.

 Change in delivery/collection details

  • Customers who wish to amend delivery details will need to email us at jollyypallyy@gmail.com with your order reference number or message us  at +65 88825480 and our team will tend to your request.
  • For door deliveries, customers should notify Jolly Pally of the changes 1 day before the delivery date.
  • For self collection, customers should notify Jolly Pally of the changes 1 day before the self collection date. 
  • For bubble mail parcels, customers should notify Jolly Pally of the changes as soon as possible before item is being mailed out. 

Unsuccessful Delivery

Jolly Pally would not be liable for late/failed delivery if:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address is given
  • Recipient is no longer residing at the given address
  • No valid contact information of the recipient or sender 

Complaints about damaged items 

Any complaints must be made immediately or within 2 days from the date of delivery and images of damaged flowers/gifts must be emailed to us or sent via Whatsapp in its original packing for us to investigate the matter.

Payment Methods

We welcome payments made with Cash, Visa, Mastercard, PayNOW and Bank Transfers. Kindly be informed that placing an item(s) into your cart does not signify a successful purchase, please complete payment to confirm your orders and an email notification alongside an order reference number will be sent to you. 

Collection of Personal Data

Your Personal Data may also be utilized and disclosed for necessary purposes to provide you with our products and services. Such purposes may include:

  • Registering and maintaining your user account, as well as verifying your identity
  • Processing your orders, payments, and subscriptions
  • Delivering or fulfilling products you have purchased
  • Processing any termination or refunds in accordance with our Terms of Service
  • Communicating with you regarding (i) your queries, requests, and feedback, (ii) material changes to our Terms of Service, Policy, or other terms and conditions, and (iii) matters related to the operation of your account
  • Personalizing and enhancing your customer experience on the Site
  • Marketing communications regarding newsletters, new products or notification emails pertaining to the services/products that you have requested for. 
  • We do not store your credit card details with us without your permission in any form.
