• Any complaints about the product must be made immediately or within 2 days from the date of delivery and images of damaged flowers/gifts must be emailed to us or sent via Whatsapp in its original packing for us to investigate the matter.

• Our handmade amigurumi crochets are delicate, and made with soft cotton/wool yarns. You may refer to the instructions below in order to keep your knit and crochet items looking better for longer.

• Handwashing Method: Soak or gently rub your crochet items in a little bit of soapy water but never scrub, twist or wring it. Drain off the water and rinse with fresh, cold water and gently squeeze out as much water as you can.

• Non-Wash Method: Simply use a rag or wash cloth filled with a little warm water and gently dap the affected areas to spot clean
